- You can pay directly on our payment page on the website by all major credit cards, including American Express.
- You can pay by bank transfer, PayMe or FPS. You will receive an automated email when you place the order, with all the relevant details that you need to complete payment. Please note that in the event you chose this payment method, the order will not be confirmed until we receive a proof of payment sent to email@example.com.
- You can pay through Paypal
Please note that we currently do NOT accept ApplePay or AliPay (online)- apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We take a lot of pride in our products, and are careful with quality control. However, things do go wrong sometimes. To this end, we offer returns/ exchanges within 14 days for any product that you have bought online that you are not satisfied with. Please note that the products need to be in an unused condition, and in their original state and packaging.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we are extremely sorry and we will refund or exchange within 14 days.
If you have bought from one of our partner retailers, the products need to be taken back to them and their return and exchange policy will supersede ours. Do please still feel free to contact us to let us know what went wrong as we are always anxious to improve, and we just want happy customers!
