Bursting with nutrients and summer goodness our Acerola Cherry tea is a blend of Acerola (a cherry-like berry grown in Mexico, Barbados, and India), premium figs, and the sour cherry for extra tartness.
Supported by a black tea base, this fruity beverage is a perfect refresher in the afternoon or severed cool over ice.
HOW TO BREW IT?
Hot tea:
take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.
Cold Brew:

Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.

Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Strain and serve!
WHAT IS ACEROLA CHERRY?
The acerola cherries, also known as Barbados cherries or West Indian cherries, are generally 1 centimeter to 1 inch in diameter and are orange-red to ruby red in color. BTW, while they're called "cherries" and look a lot like bings or maraschinos, acerola are technically cherry-like berries. Their flavor is tart, thanks to all that vitamin C. Cup for cup, acerola cherries have 50 to 100 times more Vitamin C than oranges or lemons!
