We deliver all over Hong Kong (including outlying islands and the New Territories) at a flat rate of HKD 50.

We aim to deliver all local packages within 5 business days of receiving your order and payment. If you haven't received your package, please reach out to our team here and we will sort it out for you asap! Likewise, if an order is urgent, please do let us know so we can try our best to fit your schedule.
We ship all over the world at a flat rate of 250 HKD.
You can expect to receive your order within 14-21 business days, depending on the destination. Please allow for delays given the post restrictions all over the world due to the current situation of Covid19. If you have an international order that hasn't arrived and you need help, please reach out to our team here and we will be happy to help you out.

We take a lot of pride in our products, and are careful with quality control. However, things do go wrong sometimes. To this end, we offer returns/ exchanges within 14 days for any product that you have bought online that you are not satisfied with. Please note that the products need to be in an unused condition, and in their original state and packaging.
If a product is faulty or damaged, we are extremely sorry and we will refund or exchange within 14 days.
If you have bought from one of our partner retailers, the products need to be taken back to them and their return and exchange policy will supersede ours. Do please still feel free to contact us to let us know what went wrong as we are always anxious to improve, and we just want happy customers!
