Children shoot hoops on Choi Hung Estate’s basketball courts in Kowloon. Based on the May 29, 2017 New Yorker magazine cover Brooklyn Bridge Park by Jorge Colombo.
Sophia started her series of illustrations as a parody of The New Yorker magazine covers. The collection has now grown and evolved as a way for her to express her experiences and observations of Hong Kong, the place her family has called home for over 150 years.
